Announcement regarding temporary parking changes from CCF Mercy Hospital

• So that you are fully aware and prepared for your appointment, we want to inform you that our ELEVATOR in the Main Parking Garage will be out of service beginning May 27 until Labor Day, Sept. 1, as it is being replaced. The main parking garage is located near the hospital’s Main Front Entrance circle, Medical Office Building and Emergency Department.
• The STAIRS inside the Main Parking Garage that connect to the hospital will remain open during the elevator construction project.
• We encourage you to use our VALET service during the construction period, which will be FREE until the project is completed. Our valet service is located directly in front of the Main Entrance and is open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday.
• Patients and visitors also can be dropped off at the Main Entrance, with assistance available from our Red Coat team members as needed.
• We apologize for any inconvenience and look forward to providing a new elevator in the parking garage to better serve you in the future.

Many patients have received letters stating that Dr Sovacool is no longer a Caresource provider. Those letters were sent due to a lag in Medicaid notifying Caresource of her recredentialling, which all providers have to do periodically.
We have confirmed with Caresource that indeed she still is a provider with them and that the letters should not have been sent!
