RTC Fitness We help motivated people improve their health & quality of life in a sustainable and meaningful way. We are RTC. Then Nutrition Coaching is what you need.

The rich diversity of our members, coaches, and community make us who we are, and the support we have for one another shows us what we can be, which includes working to be the best possible version of ourselves. At our foundation we are a health and wellness facility offering Personal Training, Small Group Classes (including kids programs), and Nutrition Coaching, but what we really are is so much more than that! (check out our pictures and videos to see for yourself). We are a community of parents, students, teachers, lawyers, scientists, doctors, and every day people, and we are here to help you. All of our programs and services are designed for all levels and abilities. Individuals do not need to be "in-shape" to start one of our programs. You just need to show up and be ready to work hard and be nice to people. With our Personal Training program you will work one-on-one with a trained professional. You will discuss your goals and start down a path to achieve those goals! Each Personal Training session is either 30 or 60 minutes long and is scheduled around your availability. Small Group Classes run for 45-60 minutes and are led by a group coach. Each class has a custom program designed that is constantly varied to work on building overall functional strength and wellness. Any class and workout can be modified to meet the needs of any individual regardless of their current ability or background. The group coach will lead you through the workout(s) for the day, bringing you through warm-ups and progressions to make sure you are moving safely & efficiently, and pushing you to work your hardest. Looking to really dial things in and achieve some specific body composition goals? Schedule an InBody scan to learn about your overall body composition and to help set some realistic and specific goals to get you to your best you. Meet regularly with our nutrition coaches (online or in person) who will walk you through your customized nutrition plan, while of course holding you accountable. Let’s hear it for our April Member of the Month Darius Meraj, who joined RTC in 2023. Darius says he’s “always enjoyed anything intense and challenging,” such as cycling up mountains, riding 100 miles, and CrossFit, which he calls the “ultimate go-crazy sport.” “I’ve officially joined the cult,” he says, “and accepted the ritual of always being sore!” On a serious note, though, Darius credits his workouts at RTC for helping erase the back pain he’s experienced in the past due to bulged discs. “Working out at RTC has helped me strengthen my core and build overall strength,” he says. “The amazing part is that I now have no pain and have regained my full mobility. I’ve also really enjoyed meeting kind, cool and committed people who see fitness as a lifelong goal.” 

Darius and his wife have two sons, one of whom also attends RTC. Darius loves his work as a financial advisor because it allows him the opportunity to help clients “achieve their life goals.”

By March, routines are real. The early-year excitement has settled, and what’s left is what matters most — consistency.
