RTC Fitness We help motivated people improve their health & quality of life in a sustainable and meaningful way. We are RTC. Then Nutrition Coaching is what you need.

The rich diversity of our members, coaches, and community make us who we are, and the support we have for one another shows us what we can be, which includes working to be the best possible version of ourselves. At our foundation we are a health and wellness facility offering Personal Training, Small Group Classes (including kids programs), and Nutrition Coaching, but what we really are is so much

more than that! (check out our pictures and videos to see for yourself). We are a community of parents, students, teachers, lawyers, scientists, doctors, and every day people, and we are here to help you. All of our programs and services are designed for all levels and abilities. Individuals do not need to be "in-shape" to start one of our programs. You just need to show up and be ready to work hard and be nice to people. With our Personal Training program you will work one-on-one with a trained professional. You will discuss your goals and start down a path to achieve those goals! Each Personal Training session is either 30 or 60 minutes long and is scheduled around your availability. Small Group Classes run for 45-60 minutes and are led by a group coach. Each class has a custom program designed that is constantly varied to work on building overall functional strength and wellness. Any class and workout can be modified to meet the needs of any individual regardless of their current ability or background. The group coach will lead you through the workout(s) for the day, bringing you through warm-ups and progressions to make sure you are moving safely & efficiently, and pushing you to work your hardest. Looking to really dial things in and achieve some specific body composition goals? Schedule an InBody scan to learn about your overall body composition and to help set some realistic and specific goals to get you to your best you. Meet regularly with our nutrition coaches (online or in person) who will walk you through your customized nutrition plan, while of course holding you accountable. If you’re tired living a life limited by the way your body looks, feels, or performs and you are ready to invest in your long-term health and wellness, to look and feel your best, then we want to help you! Max joined RTC about 10 months ago carrying two things — a goal to get healthier and a back that had been struggling for a while.

He didn't come in looking for a quick fix. He just kept showing up.

40 pounds down. Back pain that's significantly improved. And a message that stopped us in our tracks this week — just a quiet, genuine thank you for the support along the way.

That kind of consistency doesn't happen overnight. It happens in early mornings and hard workouts and days when it would've been easier to skip. Max did the work. We just got to be in the room for it.

Nearly 100 people. Ages 8 to 70. All showed up to RTC this Memorial Day, worked hard, honored something bigger than themselves, and cracked open a cold one after.

Nearly 100 people. Ages 8 to 70. Every version of fit you can imagine. All here for the same reason. 🇺🇸

This is what Murph looks like at RTC.

Scaled, partnered, full. First timers and veterans. Kids who didn’t quit and people who’ve been showing up for years. Every single one of them did something hard today — and they did it together.

We don’t take it lightly that we get to be an affiliate carrying this tradition forward. Murph is a tribute, and this community honored it.

Thank you for showing up. And thank you to for keeping nearly 100 people hydrated through every rep. 🧡

The gym is ready. Are you? 🇺🇸

Every year on Memorial Day, thousands of people around the world walk into a CrossFit gym and take on one of CrossFit’s most meaningful traditions: Murph. We’re proud to be an affiliate carrying that tradition forward.

Tomorrow we show up — not just to work out, but to remember.

Murph is more than a mile, 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 squats, and a mile back. It’s a tribute. It’s a tradition. It’s the reason we built a community worth suffering next to.

Lt. Michael Murphy gave everything. The least we can do is show up.
