At our foundation we are a health and wellness facility offering Personal Training, Small Group Classes (including kids programs), and Nutrition Coaching, but what we really are is so much more than that! (check out our pictures and videos to see for yourself). We are a community of parents, students, teachers, lawyers, scientists, doctors, and every day people, and we are here to help you. All of our programs and services are designed for all levels and abilities. Individuals do not need to be "in-shape" to start one of our programs. You just need to show up and be ready to work hard and be nice to people. With our Personal Training program you will work one-on-one with a trained professional. You will discuss your goals and start down a path to achieve those goals! Each Personal Training session is either 30 or 60 minutes long and is scheduled around your availability. Small Group Classes run for 45-60 minutes and are led by a group coach. Each class has a custom program designed that is constantly varied to work on building overall functional strength and wellness. Any class and workout can be modified to meet the needs of any individual regardless of their current ability or background. The group coach will lead you through the workout(s) for the day, bringing you through warm-ups and progressions to make sure you are moving safely & efficiently, and pushing you to work your hardest. Meet regularly with our nutrition coaches (online or in person) who will walk you through your customized nutrition plan, while of course holding you accountable.
