It is SO important to read every single label and know what you are looking for.

You can’t go by short labels anymore either. Ohio law states that I have to include every ingredient on my baked goods label. This includes all sub ingredients.

For instance, butter has to say organic butter (organic sweet cream, salt). See how that gets to be a very long list? Even my flour has to say freshly milled organic einkorn. 4 words for 1 simple ingredient…
