Come join us August 18th at 4:00pm, as we cruise through Park circle and surrounding areas on a beautiful bike ride/ workout!
Half the workout will be biking the other half will be a circuit style workout! Bikes will be provided for the first 30 sign ups! Let us know if you have a bike that you will be bringing.
We will also have vendors on site for after the workout! Come have a great time and move your body 💪🏾

Come celebrate our 2nd annual workout/ cookout celebration!

-Saturday June 22nd starting at 9:00am
Come sweat with us during our hour workout At Edmunds Oast Brewing Co. sounds provided by and of course an unmatched energy you won’t get anywhere else!
Immediately following we’ll have a social hour with our amazing vendors!

-Sunday June 23rd at Palmetto island county park we will have a celebratory cookout from 3-7pm! Come eat and enjoy Food, live dj, and a big water gun showdown!

Did you hear about the events this weekend?

The Neighborhood is celebrating their 2nd anniversary and it’s filled with fitness AND fun!

-Saturday June 22nd at 9am they are having a workout the only way they know how with vendors and live music!! At Edmunds Oast Brewing Co.
-Sunday June 23rd there is a celebratory cookout for EVERYONE, with food, fun and water games!! At Palmetto Island County Park.
