It`s a New Year! Starting at the beginning of every New Year, majority of patients insurance changes. If you have new insurance, please make sure to advise the office and provide them with all the proper information for your new insurance at the time of the call. So, make sure to have your insurance card ready when calling.

Also, patients should keep in mind that your deductible, copay, out-of- pocket max, coinsurance, etc....may have changed. This should have been provided to you by your insurance company.

If you should have any questions on your insurance at all, please contact your insurance provider. We only check your benefits and go by what the representative or what your insurance companies' system shows.
