It is with a heavy heart that we announce the death of our founder, Michael Coyle. Michael passed away unexpectedly and we are all going to miss his dedication to not only his own children, Finn and Adelaide, but the many children he helped over the many years at Charleston Pediatric Rehabilitation.

Unfortunately, Charleston Pediatric Rehabilitation will be permanently closed. We ask that you reach out to this page with any questions or concerns you may have about records, referrals, or just to pass along any condolences to the family. We are still working out many details, but will try to respond as timely as possible.

Thank you for all the years of your dedication to the families of the Lowcountry, Michael. May you rest easy knowing all the lives you have touched.

On Halloween, alot of little people will visit for tricks or treats. 🧡🎃🧡

📣Just a friendly reminder that
💜the child that is grabbing more than one piece might have poor fine motor skills
💜the child that takes a bit of time to pick a piece of candy may have motor planning issues
💜the child that does not say Trick or Treat or Thank You may be non-verbal
💜the child not wearing a costume may have a sensory disorder or autism
