The foundation for
~Lymph edema Lives with ME!~
Is an attitude towards living a quality life style with this life time condition that affects millions of men and women throughout the world due to the removal of melanoma or breast cancer, generation hereditary or damage to the lymph nodes.
~There is no cure, however, it is treatable.~
My journey and success with this condition, stems back to my attitude towards faith, leadership, a daily practice of Chinese herbal medicines;
Astragalus - This herb is promoted to kill cancer cells, reduce the toxic effects of chemotherapy, help heal burns, protect against heart disease, fight the common cold, and help improve overall weakness. Can also stimulate the spleen, liver, lungs, circulatory, and urinary system, and help treat arthritis, asthma, and nervous conditions, lower blood sugar levels and blood pressure. Ginger Root - This herb is used to prevent nausea, vomiting and motion sickness: as an anti-flammatory, a cold remedy, aid to digestion, intestinal gas, and to help relieve nausea in cancer patients who are having chemotherapy, promoted for arthritis, joint and muscle pain. Turmeric - May prevent and slow the growth of a number of types of cancers, particularly tumors of the esophagus, mouth, intestines, stomach, breast, and skin. Horse Chestnut - Reduces the swelling in vericose veins. Also, a mixture of Chinese Herbal Teas; Chinese Green, Jasmine, Ginger and Oolong. A high protein diet and exercise / yoga is also a daily practice. There are two 2 types of Lymph edema:
Primary – Generation hereditary. Secondary – Removal of melanoma or breast cancer.
~Untreated lymph edema stems from a poor diet and attitude with no exercise, which can lead to death due to the fluids surrounding the heart.~
Chain Connection was founded on two (2) theories:
1. When you are crocheting, you connect two chains.
2. When you are dealing with cancer, it takes a village of people who are CONNECTED through a CHAIN to conquer this beast! Always remember, God gave you one body and it’s your temple and a gift from Him, and if you don’t take care of it, then shame on you. With the wisdom, strength and courage that I have received from God in having the privilege to advocate on this condition and cancer awareness, I will always fight like a
