Menopause can bring more than just the usual symptoms like hot flashes and the end of your menstrual cycle. While the transition itself doesn’t cause breast cancer, the risk of developing it does increase with age. Research from the Susan G. Komen Foundation shows that a woman’s overall risk jumps by about 3% each year after menopause begins.

It's important to stay informed and proactive about your health during this time. Regular screenings and discussions with your healthcare provider can make a difference. Let's empower each other to prioritize our health and well-being! 🩷
