I’ve been keeping a secret.. For a good part of the last year, I was completing my certification in Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy through 🎉
My classes were led by some of the biggest names in the Trauma & Somatic world. It was a literal DREAM team. 🙌 I have looked up to these people for years. Learning from them was 🤯.

I am so excited to bring this much needed work to you all. ♥️
