Congratulations to William, who recently returned home after completing his therapy program with us! 🎉

Please join us in welcoming Blythe Bondoc as the newest member of the leadership team, as the Business Development Director at Life Care Center of Charleston! 👋

Originally from the NYC/NJ area, Blythe has called Charleston home for the past 3 years, bringing with her over 23 years of experience in the healthcare industry. She holds a double Bachelor's degree 🎓 in Social Work and Sociology from Rutgers University and began her career as a social worker and admissions coordinator. Blythe has held leadership roles in post-acute and long-term care settings, including Director of Social Work, Clinical Liaison, and Business Development Manager across a variety of healthcare sectors, such as LTACH, home care, hospice, and mobile wound care.

Passionate about senior care, Blythe views her work as a ministry and is deeply committed to supporting patients and families through the aging process. Outside of work, she enjoys volunteering, world travel, hiking, crafting, thrifting, and spending time with her fur babygirl, Oreo. We’re excited to have her on board!
