I have been practicing various forms of yoga for over 20 years, and I have been a registered yoga teacher (RYT) for 6 years. While trained in Hatha, Ashtanga, Gentle and Yin Yoga, Yin is that medicine that counterbalances a highly structured, intense way of living for me. When I am not practicing yoga, enjoying good eats, or reading mostly nonfiction books, taking long walks along the various coastlines of the Lowcountry brings me great joy!
