Today I had the privilege to work on a client who was having range of motion/ mobility discomfort. To help with that I pulled out all of my tools.

What you see here is everything I used, 4 cups and the iastm tool. The red cups looks kind of different doesn't it? That's because it has vibration!

Why is that vibration important in massage? Vibration is how we can communicate with your nervous system. Its stimulation! It helps direct your nervous system to the problem!

My hands are not the only thing that puts in the work! But it is all for the care of others!

Come see me and we can see if these tools are right for you!

What "I can finally feel my back now" looks like. 😌🤗
This morning sessions pain relief was brought to you by my favorite tool! This is what's referred to as an IASTM tool (instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization). It may be just a small tool, but it has a big effect on your body!

This tools job is to detect muscle tension, fascial adhesions, and fascial restrictions and treat them by ironing them out. This tool, like most massage, also helps locally improve circulation, range of motion, and reduce pain.

Fascia is also a big deal in our bodies, it is an entire web of connective tissue that exists throughout our entire muscle structure that helps our muscles move and keep shape. Fascia supports our entire body, so let's help support it!

Book with me and let's get your fascia moving!

One of the biggest myths that exist in massage is that it is *only* a luxury. I advocate that massage is far more than that. Massage is health care.

As a massage therapist I care about your body, how it moves, and how it works for you. Regular massage can significantly impact your day to day life and improve how you move.

Massage has been shown to reduce stress, manage pain, and encourage better mobility and circulation. These aren't luxury items.

Shifting the mindset from "its a luxury" to "its my healthcare" is so important to regain the confidence to show up and take care of you!

Lets start your healing journey!
