With all you do, getting you back to your desired condition safely and as quickly as possible is our goal. Whether you are an elite athlete who needs to get back to training, a police officer/firefighter who needs to get back to work, or a casual walker who wants to take the dogs out, we can get you back on track with a customized treatment program tailored just for you. With individualized attention and careful monitoring of your progress, you will receive the correct care for your specific injury and will be properly progressed at your pace for the right amount of time - never rushed, but always purposeful. Often patients come to us to avoid having surgery - for conditions such as bursitis, rotator cuff injury, tendinitis, sciatica, lower back or neck pain. Others rely on us for post-surgical rehabilitation or to help with an acute problem such as a break or fracture, strain, sprain or other injury. For motor vehicle accident patients and workers' compensation patients we help coordinate your treatment and care to help minimize the hassles and navigate return-to-work and health. Our staff includes some of the region's most knowledgeable physical therapists who are proud to be partners in health with some of the most respected physicians from Greater Lowell to the Merrimack Valley to the Boston area; a team dedicated to getting you back to do the things you love most.

Professional Physical Therapy is now offering Telehealth! Existing patients may move to remote appointments as appropriate, while new patients may begin utilizing our Telehealth option after the initial in-person evaluation at one of our 180+ clinics.

At Professional Physical Therapy, the health and safety of our patients is our top priority, and we are taking extra steps to ensure our clinics practice proper sanitation per CDC guidelines and social distancing for patients that choose to come in for an in-person appointment.

She officially has become a Board Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist by American Board of Physical Therapy Specialist this Month. We are pleased to announce the addition of Joseph Cavallaro, PT, DPT, CSCS to our team out oustanding team of Physical Therapists. He brings with him experience with orthopedic and sports therapy. He has had the opportunity to work with professional athletes from both the Boston Celtics and Inidiana Pacers. Congratulations to Christina Czachorowski, DPT, OCS and Nicole Poirier, DPT, OCS! They have passed their Board Specialty exam and or now officially Board Certified Clinical Specialist in Orthopedics. This is a very rigorous exam a great accomplishment! Generations Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine is now the only Physical Therapy Clinic in the Merrimack Valley that provides care from Board Certified Clinical Speciliasts.
