For our September , we are excited to recognize Francis! She has been with The Barclay for 18 months and has become a vital part of our community.

Francis is one of our Registered Medication Aides here at The Barclay. She is responsible for administering prescribed medications, ensuring accurate dosages and timely delivery in accordance with facility protocols. She has an exceptional work ethic and unwavering dedication to supporting the community. Her helpful nature is well known among residents and their families, who consistently rely on her willingness to assist.

Her favorite part about working at The Barclay is the residents, who keep her energized and inspired every day.

Fun Fact: Her favorite movie is Men of Honor, and she’s a fan of Michael Jackson and Kenny G.

For our August , we’d like you to meet Pat!

Pat was chosen for her positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and infectious laugh that we have all come to love. Her presence brings joy to everyone around her. She loves the residents here and says people are friendly and kind.

If she could give one piece of advice, it would be to try new things—you may discover you like something you didn’t expect. She also encourages being friendly to everyone.

Fun fact: Pat had a pony growing up named Nancy, and her grandmother taught her how to ice skate on the lawn by making puddles with the watering hose and letting them freeze in Buffalo, NY.

Pat has brought so much life to The Barclay, and we are so lucky to have her!
