✨ Only 2 Spots Left ✨
Grief can be heavy, messy, and often hard to put into words. This 6-week group is for anyone who feels tired of “talking it out” and wants to try something different - working it out with their hands.
We use clay because it’s malleable, transformative, and doesn’t care if you’re a “good artist.”
🤲 The Goal
You’re not here to become a master artist. You’re here to take something heavy and formless and shape it into something you can actually hold. You’ll be guided through a variety of clay projects designed to support your grief process.
🎨 Facilitators
Jennifer Whilden, Art Therapy Intern and clay artist of 30+ years, will guide you through a somatic, hands-on approach to processing grief—while building connection and community.
Kara Wilson, LPC, ATR-P, is an art therapist who integrates creativity, mindfulness, and a trauma-informed, person-centered approach to support healing. She is especially passionate about helping adults navigate identity, relationships, and life transitions while holding space for self-compassion and personal growth.
