Emily Wolfrey (Leominster, MA), Bobbi Barrows (Rockport, ME), and Diane Charpentier (Brunswick & Lewiston, ME) have returned from Panama after supporting the 2026 NEVOSH event held there last week. During the fast-paced one-week mission, the team helped care for 380 patients, with most fit binaurally using hearing aids donated by our Beltone offices, the Beltone Foundation, and GN ReSound. They also provided hands-on support with fittings and ear impressions.

Their work helped ensure access to hearing care for those who otherwise would not receive it. A job well done to these HCPs for showing up, working hard, and truly making a difference for the 380 patients served. Your skill, compassion, and teamwork represent Beltone at its very best.

Beltone was founded on the act of helping a friend to enjoy life more. So begins the story of Beltone, when founder Sam Posen made a hearing aid for a friend. This was in the 1930’s and we are still busy adding new chapters to the story.
