Thank you to Equal Hope for inviting us to their Annual Cervical Health and Wellness Summit for Cervical Cancer Awareness Month! The event was packed with valuable information, community resources, and fun giveaways.

Community Care Connection was proud to be there offering FREE HPV vaccines to the community! 💉✨

The HPV vaccine helps prevent several types of cancer, including:
• Cervical, vaginal, and v***ar cancer in women
• Pe**le cancer in men
• A**l cancer in both men and women
• Cancers of the back of the throat (including the base of the tongue and tonsils) in both men and women

The Molina Healthcare Charitable Foundation, together with Molina Healthcare of Illinois, announced our third investment in Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science (RFU), bringing total support in 2025 to $75,000 to help expand access to care. The latest $25,000 investment will support RFU’s Community Care Connection, a free mobile health program that delivers direct health services, health literacy, and health navigation services to Lake County residents.

In Lake County, nearly half of residents reported some difficulty accessing care in 2022. Through this grant, Molina is helping bridge that gap – supporting more than 15 educational lectures and enabling the delivery of 3,000 health services throughout the community.
