Medication for Addiction Treatment (MAT) – including: • Injectable Buprenorphine (Sublocade, Brixadi) – Gorham location only • Buprenorphine tablets/films (Suboxone, Subutex, Zubsolv) – both locations • Naltrexone (oral) – both locations • Vivitrol (injectable) – both locations (No methadone services provided)

Psychiatric Medication Management – for depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, ADHD, PTSD, and more.
