We are open :) As you can see from this screenshot of our Google Maps, our business was recently marked permanently closed and the address was again changed back to our old address. We can't count how many times this has been done. Who could be doing this and why would they try so hard to hurt Cranmore Health Partners? Lastly, many in the community still think that Kelly DeFeo and Sohaib Siddiqui are still partners. They are NOT. Cranmore Health Partners moved to Glen, but Sohaib Siddiqui stayed at the same location to open a new business called Cathedral Ledge Medical Associates.

PLEASE HELP. Our Google Business Page & Maps have been altered AGAIN by someone who wants to make it hard for you to find and contact us. This has happened too many times to count since January 2024. Confusion about our location, our hours, and how to contact us has happened. Please help us to fight the false information that this person can't stop spreading. It's vindictive and is having real consequences for our livelihoods. Share share share
