✨ Teacher Spotlight: Christie Ann Rochette✨

We are beyond honored to welcome Christie Ann Rochette exclusively to Hot Asana Studio as she returns to teaching for the first time since becoming a mother. Christie is a 500-hour E-RYT, YACEP provider, and accredited Ayurvedic Yoga Specialist with over a decade of teaching experience across a wide spectrum of styles—from vinyasa and yin to trauma-informed, restorative, aerial, children’s, chair yoga, and more.

A former studio owner and a certified life coach and behavioral consultant, Christie brings a depth of knowledge and a heart-centered approach to every class she leads. She is trained in heart-based meditation and has a passion for guiding students toward empowered, holistic wellness.

Now embracing her greatest role yet—as a new mom—Christie’s return to teaching is deeply rooted in purpose, presence, and the pure love inspired by her son, Orion. Her classes are a sacred space to reconnect, realign, and rediscover the wisdom that lives within each of us.

When she’s not on the mat, you’ll find Christie writing, reading, immersed in music, or simply soaking in the beauty of the natural world she fiercely loves and protects.

Christie Ann Rochette recently wrote an article featuring one of our “Super Kids,” Storm Shea, and her supportive father, Patrick, for Advantage-Kids Tennis & Education’s annual impact report. This provides us with important feedback about the positive influence that our after school 🏫 Tennis 🎾 & Yoga 🧘🏻‍♀️ programs can truly have on our local youth population - not only within just the Mount Washington Valley, but the entire state of New Hampshire!
