"Why am I this sore? I barely did anything!"

That was my exact thought after my first session with a personal trainer this week. It was a light workout—truly nothing intense—but by the next day, I could *barely walk*.
Stairs felt like climbing Everest⛰️. I found myself asking ChatGPT what was going on, and the answer hit home:

After my hysterectomy, losing my ovaries meant losing a lot of the hormones that help with muscle recovery and inflammation ⚖️. No wonder my body was struggling.
