Yoga classes offered at Tannery Pond Community Center, North Creek NY 12853 and now in a quaint studio in our home that my husband and I helped build on secluded 6 acres in the Adirondack Park overlooking the Hudson River one mile from the town of North Creek. Located at 1454 River Road. We welcome people into our home studio with a wonderful mix of locals and visitors. Not far from the North Creek Ski Bowl where people can enjoy Nordic skiing on groomed lit track or in the summer enjoy Mountain biking at the Ski Bowl trails built by Wilderness Property Management ( who my son works for), and we are only a few miles from Gore Mountain or any of the many rafting companies as well as hiking and Garnet Hill Lodge! This has been my dream and yes dreams come true, I hope to share it with you! Coming this summer I will be offering SUP Yoga ( Stand up paddle board) with small groups at the Hub in Brant Lake, so come bike try SUP Yoga and then enjoy lunch and a beverage at the Hub.
