Our residents enjoyed our recent outing to the Bristol Audubon Nature Center and Aquarium. It was the perfect spring day for walking the grounds of the nature center, enjoying the wildlife and current art exhibit on display during our visit.
It was an afternoon well spent—and one we’ll be smiling about for a while.

What a joyful Easter season we have had here at Autumn Glen!
Everyone enjoyed celebrating together at our recent Easter party and Egg Hunt. It was an afternoon filled with residents, associates, family and friends enjoying a visit with the Easter Bunny, the music of our entertainers, getting a keepsake from our Caricaturist, and indulging in the many sweet treats displayed on our festive food tables. It was great to see so many smiling faces, making memories and enjoying the holiday together!

What a fun night we had recently with the guidance of our wonderful guest instructor, and resident family member Charlene C. making hand painted mandalas! We explored colors, patterns, and new painting tools while creating our artwork. Each mandala turned out uniquely beautiful!
This program was challenging and inspiring. The end results brought joy, sparked lively conversation, and gave everyone a chance to express their creativity.
A big thank you to our guest instructor for sharing her talent, patiently guiding us through all of the instructions, encouraging each resident's individuality and making the evening so memorable!

Join us in congratulating our March Associate of the Month Hayleigh S.
Hayleigh was nominated because she is a kind, conscientious and responsible RCA. She was very thoughtful and supportive during the February blizzard, going well above and beyond for the team and our residents. Hayleigh spent several nights at Autumn Glen and picked up numerous shifts to ensure consistent care for our residents all with a positive attitude and a happy to help smile. She is a great coworker who is always willing to pitch in and help out.
Thank you and Congratulations Hayleigh for being an all-around wonderful RCA and an amazing asset to our Wellness Team!

Our residents recently enjoyed a wonderful outing to The Sandwich Glass Museum.
Throughout the visit, they explored beautiful glass exhibits filled with vibrant colors and intricate designs. One of the highlights was watching a live glassblowing demonstration, where molten glass was carefully shaped into a piece of art right before their eyes.
Everyone also enjoyed visiting the gift shop on the way out. It was a wonderful afternoon, filled with conversation, curiosity, and appreciation for the artistry behind each piece.

We had such a wonderful time celebrating St. Patrick’s Day here at Autumn Glen! 🍀💚

The day was filled with laughter, music, delicious treats, and plenty of festive spirit, from the decorations to the smiles all around.

It was a day of recognizing the incredible associates who make our workplace stronger every day. Your dedication, teamwork, and commitment to excellence do not go unnoticed.

Join us in congratulating our Associate of the Month Joyce!
Joyce was nominated by her fellow team members this month because of her consistent hard work, enthusiasm, dependability and dedication. Joyce offered to take on additional shifts to help our other team members in the recent snowstorm. She stayed overnight and dedicated herself to helping shovel her co-workers out of the snow to get home safely. Joyce is always quick to help anyone, she is thoughtful, often bringing in special treats to share with the rest of the team. Joyce frequently visits residents when they are in rehab or the hospital on her own time. The care and compassion she extends to others is endless. Joyce is truly a friend to all!
