This past Wednesday, we brought the beach to our courtyard! Residents, families, and friends joined us for our Family Fun Cookout, complete with delicious grilled favorites, coastal-inspired décor, and live music that had everyone tapping their toes.

Thank you to all the families who joined us and made this day so special. We love creating moments like these where residents and loved ones can share joy, music, and great food.

Our hearts are with our neighbors at Gabriel House. We are deeply saddened by the tragic fire that took place Sunday night in Fall River. Our thoughts are with the residents, families, and all those affected by this heartbreaking event.

As fellow members of the South Coast community, we at Autumn Glen want to help. Our front desk will have a collection basket for anyone wanting to drop off toiletries and other essential items for those displaced by the fire. We will also have a raffle basket where all dollars raised will go directly to the shelters now supporting Gabriel House residents. We will accept donations and raffle donations through Wednesday, July 23.

Thank you for joining us in showing compassion and support during this difficult time.

When Generations Connect, we’re reminded that no matter our age, we all have something to teach—and something to learn.
We recently had our final visit with our 4th grade friends at Potter Elementary as part of our 2024-25 school year intergenerational program. The program, designed to build empathy and bridge generational gaps, has quickly become a favorite for both groups. Everyone had a wonderful afternoon planting our raised garden beds together and hearing the students plans for their summer vacation. We are so grateful for the time we have had with them this year and wish them all the best as they move on to the 5th grade!

We are happy to announce the winner of our recent raffle for our fundraising efforts in recognition of "The Longest Day". We are thrilled to say we raised over $600 and that all of the proceeds will be added to our Autumn Glen Walk to End Alzheimer's Team. We want to thank everyone who participated, and generously donated to this important cause!
