Being healthy isn't just about eating and exercising .. You have to take care of your mind and spirit 🙏🏻 It's not a secret that I've struggled keeping some organization and balance⚖️ in my life, especially since having my sweet Audryana Grace 💕and had recently been reading 📕on the minimalist lifestyle. Which let me tell you, seems to be the most peaceful 📿way of life.
So let me show you my before, my normal, every day full time grad student, full time working, wife and mom of four girls lifestyle and you tell me if you think it was healthy for my mind...
📿📿📿this was my living room below.. piled high with only a quarter of the pieces of clothing in my house 😒🙁 it's not easy for me to have this moment of weakness and show this side of my chaos but I KNOW I'm not alone.. and I'm here to say.. I have found what I was missing in my life..
Even though most may think that my life is stressful because I have 4 ACTIVE children (cheer, gymnastics, yoga and 1 CHAMPION Breastfeeder 😉) and even though it's a lot I THRIVE in that environment
Where I suck in life is when my house in consumed in clutter. I shut down completely. We order out. I don't exercise. I'm tired, cranky and yell.. A LOT.
But how do you not have clutter in a tiny house with a s**t ton of people? Minimalism. A simple, non judgemental, no clutter, fun and peaceful way of life 🙏🏻📿🙏🏻📿💕 Imagine the "stuff" we have for NO REASON??? Wait until you see how much I was able to part with, of course with the help of my crazy, bleaching mother encouraging me 😍 (and not letting me see what clothes were being donated)
