This girl makes me wanna take her up to Pride Rock, rub some dirt on her face, and hoist her up in the air to show the world what consistent effort and dedication looks like π¦
There is no "golden hour" to train. The best time to train is whenever you consistently can. Well, for Jillian, the only time her schedule would consistently allow is 5 A.M. At that point, most people would say "oh I'm not doing that" or "I don't have time. " But here we are, a year later, still going at it 3 days a week at 5am and I couldn't be more grateful that she chose me to help her along her journey. Not once has she canceled, not even complained. Even when she knows she's about to embark on the s**ttiest of s**t workouts, I just get a π€ and she gets after it.
It's not easy. It's not always pretty. It's hardwork, determination, dedication, and a lot of self love. This kind of discipline is BUILT.
You're killing it, Jillian. And you should be SO proud of yourself πͺπ₯°
