I have been at every stage of the process and on my own journey for the past year and a half. I know the struggles, I know the emotional rollercoaster, I know changing your life can be HARD. As your coach, I am here to help you through your own health journey, whatever that may entail.. losing weight, getting more nutrients in, building muscle, and more. There is no "golden hour" to train. The best time to train is whenever you consistently can. Well, for Jillian, the only time her schedule would consistently allow is 5 A.M. At that point, most people would say "oh I'm not doing that" or "I don't have time. " But here we are, a year later, still going at it 3 days a week at 5am and I couldn't be more grateful that she chose me to help her along her journey. Not once has she canceled, not even complained. Even when she knows she's about to embark on the s**ttiest of s**t workouts, I just get a 🀘 and she gets after it.

It's not easy. It's not always pretty. It's hardwork, determination, dedication, and a lot of self love. This kind of discipline is BUILT.

My most successful clients develop and execute a food plan each day that aligns with their goals. That doesn't mean you have to prep every single morsel. That just means you have to think ahead so you don't get caught short. And not try to come at me with "Well I had to eat a concession stand chili dog, my son had a baseball game"

No tf you didn't 😐

Now, don't get me wrong, there's nothing wrong with treating yourself to a chili dog every once in a while if that's your thing. But you knew damn well there was a game. You could've planned for it. But instead, before you know it, you've eaten a whole seasons worth of chili dogs and you feel like garbage 😳 That doesn't support anyones goals. Or sewer system, tbh 🫣

So here I sit, hitting my goals, feelin like I'm eating some ballpark nachos (minus the plastic cheese). All bc i knew my son had a baseball game tonight πŸ™‚

You have to help yourself. Do the hard things now so that they're easy later πŸ’ͺ
