This month marks 3 years of Breathe—and I just want to say thank you for being part of this community. 💛

As we look ahead to what’s next, I’ve been thinking a lot about how we can continue to support you—not just in yoga, but in your overall strength, recovery, and wellbeing.

We’re exploring the possibility of adding offerings like Pilates Reformers, TRX, Vedic Thai Massage, personal training, and more… but before making any decisions, I’d truly love your input.

Your feedback will directly shape what we build in this next chapter, and I’m so grateful to be able to grow Breathe with you.

Barre vs. Pilates… what’s the difference?

While both will leave you feeling stronger, longer, and more connected to your body—they take different paths to get there.

Barre
Think small, controlled movements, high reps, and that signature burn. Inspired by ballet, barre focuses on muscular endurance, posture, and toning—especially through the legs and glutes. You’ll feel the shake… and learn to stay with it.

Pilates
Rooted in breath and control, Pilates is all about deep core strength and alignment. Movements are intentional and precise, helping to build stability, improve posture, and support the body from the inside out.

So which is better?
Not better—just different.
Barre challenges your muscles to fatigue.
Pilates teaches your body how to support itself.

Both are powerful. Both are transformative.
And your body will love the balance of both. ✨
