Good Morning! Our 10th Annual Butterfly Release and 5th Annual Gift Auction is just a few days away. There are a limited number of Monarchs and plenty of Paint Ladies available for the Butterfly Release. If you would like to reserve one in advance, please call the office today or tomorrow between 8:00 am - 4:30 pm at (814) 725-4300.

If you are in the area Saturday, our gift auction is from 10:00 am - 2:00 pm in front of our office at 7 Park Street, North East, PA 16428. Every baskets is valued at $50 or higher.

We are looking forward to seeing you on Saturday!

Happy Erie Gives Day! Please consider donating to Community Nursing Services of North East. We are a non-profit Home Health and Hospice agency. We are not affiliated with any other larger organization. While Home Health and Hospice services are covered by insurance, many extras that we provide to patients are not and the services that we provide outside of patient services are free to the community. We appreciate every donation we receive to help us continue to provide these services and to continue to be a community asset beyond our 105 years. Thank you for your consideration!

Community Nursing Services of North East (CNSNE) is a proud member of the Erie Community Foundation (ECF).

Each year, in August, ECF sponsors "ERIE GIVES DAY," where area non-profits are celebrated by generous gifts from donors. This year Erie Gives Day is on August 12, 2025 from 12:00 am - 11:59 pm.

What Erie Gives Day means to CNSNE:

Money received during Erie Gives will be used to

• Help subsidize private pay care, not covered by insurance, allowing individuals to receive personal care and homemaking services at significantly reduced rates.

• Provide additional support to Hospice patients and families not covered to by insurance to ease their burden.

• Provide free programs and services to the community such as the agency's Alzheimer's Support Group and Annual Butterfly Release.

• Continue the agency's tradition of serving the community and remain a community asset beyond our 105 years.
