✨ 50 Years of Caring! ✨

We were proud to celebrate 50 years of doing what we do best — caring for our seniors and supporting our associates. 💛

As part of our National Day of Impact, our team enjoyed a fun day filled with golden-themed foods and desserts, and we showed our appreciation by pampering our amazing staff with relaxing facials and hand massages. They truly deserve it! 💆‍♀️

Our residents joined in the celebration as well, enjoying snacks, drinks, and sharing in the joyful atmosphere. It was a wonderful day recognizing the incredible people who make our community so special.

Thank you to everyone who helped make this milestone celebration one to remember! 🥳

Today our staff had the honor of participating in dementia training hosted by our very own Sylvia Brown-Smith, PAC Certified Trainer. It was an incredible day of learning and growth as we explored meaningful ways to better support those we serve each day. The training reminded us of the importance of meeting individuals where they are and encouraging them to continue doing the things they are still able to do, promoting dignity, independence, and quality of life. We are grateful for the opportunity to continue strengthening our knowledge and commitment to compassionate care.

Their compassion, dedication, and commitment to our residents make a difference every single day.To show our gratitude, we celebrated with music, great food, fun, and plenty of laughter. It was a small token of appreciation for the big hearts they bring to work each day.We are so thankful for our amazing caregivers! 💙

Today, Salterra at Fort Myers had the pleasure of celebrating the incredible team members who give so much to our residents every single day. Our annual Staff Christmas Party was truly a hit!

We kicked off the celebration with a Food Market, allowing our staff to select groceries to create a special holiday meal for their families. The fun continued with a variety of food and drinks, a DJ playing staff-favorite tunes, exciting games, and gift card giveaways.

We extend a heartfelt thank you to our generous family members who gave so freely this holiday season. Your kindness helped make this event 🎄✨
