New To Breastfeeding?

We are excited to announce a new and unique breastfeeding class, brought to you by Sacred Knowledge Doula care.

Choosing to breastfeed your newborn can have lasting benefits, so plan ahead. Attending a breastfeeding class will help you learn the easiest way for you and your newborn to nurse. Learn ways to position your baby for better latching and enjoy breastfeeding.

Emily has helped more than 400 families with breastfeeding and discovered the best way for mom and baby to nurse comfortably. These techniques are beneficial for preventing ni**le damage and protecting milk supply, while allowing mom to recover from labor properly
