North Fort Myers Yoga and Strength and Balance Classes Yoga - Come join us for an hour of gentle yoga and meditation. Bring your mat; blocks and straps optional.

Yoga - Combines physical exercises, meditation, breathing techniques for strength, flexibility, balance, relaxation, posture, breathing
Strength/Balance - Exercises all major muscle group, with a focus on stability and fall prevention. Strength and Balance - Plan to have FUN seated or standing during this 45-minute class. Dumbbells (hand weights) are available in class or bring your own.
