This 13 year-old Friesian presented with a history of elevated liver enzymes (GGT=57 U/L, AST=439 U/L) and intermittent mild colic/inappetence.

Saturday November 16, 2019, the NJAEP conducted an extremely successful Ultrasound Wet-Lab hosted by Rutgers University. Drs. Kate Chope and Wade Tenney from Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine at Tufts University lead the instructions and didactic teaching for the 13 participating veterinarians.

Thanks for all of the responses! We had several correct answers!
This video shows a thickened, irregular stomach wall with an adhesion between the spleen and stomach. There is also an increase in peritoneal effusion.
(Necropsy revealed a gastric perforation with fibrinous adnesions between the stomach, spleen, liver and diaphragm.)

This 19 year-old QH gelding presented to Tufts with a history of persistent colic. Physical exam was unremarkable with the exception of mild tachycardia (52bpm) and hyperemic mucous membranes. Bloodwork revealed leukopenia (3.3K/uL) and hyperfibrinogenemia(900mg/dL). Abdominocentesis revealed an elevated total nucleated cell count (179K/uL, 92% neutrophils), elevated total protein (6.0g/dL) and an elevated lactate (12mmol/L).
This ultrasound video was obtained from the left 12th intercostal space. What organs and what abnormalities do you see?
