With over 25 years of expertise in hot yoga, Fire Shaper uses advanced state-of-the-art heating technology to create the ultimate environment for your body to thrive. Our specialized heat increases muscle elasticity, speeds up recovery, and reduces inflammation by over 20%, allowing you to move more freely and stretch deeper with less strain. As your heart rate naturally rises, circulation improves, helping you get more from every movement while minimizing the risk of injury. At Fire Shaper, the heat isn’t just about temperature — it’s about transformation. Hot yoga is a series of poses, or asana's, carried out within a heated environment, typically 100 - 105°F, and a humidity of 40% - 50%. Bikram Choudhury had introduced his version of Hot Yoga in the 1970s called Bikram Yoga which, quickly became one of the most adopted yoga practices in the US. The heat and humidity allows increased results and flexibility in the body, helping you gradually attain your personal best with the poses, whilst simultaneously expelling harmful toxins from your body. It will also assist you with a range of benefits, from losing fat, building core muscles, improving balance, increasing energy, assisting sleep, and decreasing stress. The combination of the poses and the increased temperature helps stimulate and restore health to your joints, organs, muscles, and immune system whilst detoxifying your body. With our new and much enhanced suite of yoga classes corresponding with all age and skill levels, FIRESHAPER has evolved and redefined both the heated yoga and the traditional yoga experience. Our improved range of classes provides the benefits of the Hot Yoga core-strength and body-shaping practices, with traditional yoga programs, to bring you an entirely new perspective to our philosophy. You’ll discover a life Rich with a new found energy as you sweat away the small, and big, stuff. Fire Shaper’s classes are designed to support even the most beginning student and our staff have been professionally trained and coached to walk you through your hot yoga experience. More than just hot yoga, you’ll get a mix of nutritional advice, coupled with life strategies and inspired ideas that help our students see clearly and live consciously.

Our movements are never random. Each posture and every class is coordinated to provide an effect. Some to create strength in areas that few people ever work while, others develop flexibility and movement so that our students find themselves moving through life with ease. Just imagine how that would feel... Moving without chronic pain and discomfort, moving faster than your kids, or just moving and feeling “happy and well”.
