Must have a parent or legal guardian present

Bring a copy of your current vaccination records and insurance card

No vaccinations will be given without a parent and a current vaccination record.

Jenny and I have been talking about doing this for a while now so here goes. Jenny schedule for her ER shifts:
Aug: 13th, 18th, 19th, 22nd, 27th, 30th, and 31st.
Sep: 1st, 5th, 8th, 9th, 12th, 20th, 21st, 22nd, 24th, 27th.
