Dental offices have enough scheduling pressure without having to shut down the day for CPR/BLS renewal.

HeartCode Complete gives dental teams a more flexible way to complete American Heart Association CPR/BLS certification. Team members complete the online learning portion on their own schedule, then come to one of our CPR Verification Station locations for hands-on skills practice and testing.

This model helps dental offices:

• Reduce disruption to the appointment schedule
• Support new hires, renewals, and makeups
• Keep certification tracking and compliance more manageable
• Provide objective, real-time skills verification
• Receive an AHA eCard after successful completion, valid for two years

Survival Group offers convenient CPR Verification Station access in North Haven, Berlin, Windsor, New London, and Stamford.

Survival Group’s Berlin CPR Verification Station makes American Heart Association certification more flexible, efficient, and convenient.

A CPR Verification Station allows learners to complete the online portion of their course first, then come to the station for a hands-on skills session using an advanced feedback manikin. The system helps verify proper CPR performance, including compressions, ventilations, and overall skills competency, without needing to sit through a full traditional classroom course.

This flexible option is ideal for healthcare providers, EMS professionals, students, employers, and anyone who needs BLS, ACLS, or PALS certification with less disruption to their schedule.

Our New London location provides a clean, professional, easy-to-use training environment with remote support available when needed, so learners are never on their own.

Not all CPR training is created equal.

Three separate times in the past week, our instructors heard the same comment in class: “This is taking longer than the last time.”

When we asked a few follow-up questions, the problem became clear. Too many training providers are cutting corners and not following the standards of the organization they claim to teach through.

We heard about classes where 15 students were assigned to one instructor, required videos were skipped, and the excuse was, “Everyone was a renewal.” We heard about other classes where students were given a written test, a quick skills check, and sent home. That is not quality training. That is checking a box.

The reality is that most people who take CPR will never expect to use it. If they do need it, it will be in a high-stress, low-frequency emergency where there is no time to think everything through. In that moment, people fall back on what they practiced. If the training was rushed or incomplete, the outcome for the patient may depend on it.

When you choose a CPR training provider, do your homework. Ask what organization they train through. Ask to see the lesson plan. Compare what they are offering to the actual requirements of that organization. Make sure you are getting real training, not the shortest class someone can get away with teaching.

You are not just paying for a card. You are paying for the confidence, repetition, and hands-on practice that may help save a life.

Make sure your team is trained properly. Make sure they are prepared to deliver high-quality CPR. And make sure that if one of your own team members ever goes down, the people around them are truly ready to help.

You get what you pay for.

AHA Advanced Stroke Life Support (ASLS) Instructor Course
Starts Tuesday, April 14

Register now before spots fill: https://survivalgroup.enrollware.com/enroll?id=12619288

If you’re involved in stroke care, this is one of the most practical and impactful courses you can take.

Our 3-day ASLS program is designed for both in-hospital and pre-hospital providers, giving you a complete, coordinated approach to stroke recognition, assessment, and management across the continuum of care.

For pre-hospital providers, ASLS strengthens your ability to rapidly identify stroke, perform structured assessments, and make critical transport decisions that directly impact patient outcomes.

For in-hospital providers, the course builds on that foundation with deeper clinical management, team-based response, and scenario-driven training that reflects real-world stroke cases.

What sets ASLS apart is its hands-on, scenario-based format. You’re not just learning concepts, you’re applying them in realistic situations that mirror what you’ll actually encounter in the field or in the hospital.

Course dates begin Tuesday, April 14. Registration is closing soon.

Don’t miss this opportunity to sharpen your stroke care skills and improve outcomes where it matters most.
