TBP promotes a neurodiversity and sensory affirming atmosphere both within the practice and in our community. We believe that emotional regulation is built through relationships, not through compliance. While we do offer ABA, our goal is to support both the unique characteristics of all neurotypes and the voice of the Autistic community. Therefore, we do not practice or support a compliance-based approach. We are proud to be an approved independent provider of Mendability©; an evidenced based, clinically validated therapy for improving brain plasticity, helping to improve areas such as emotional regulation, sleep, learning, attention, and motor control.

Today, we shine a light on PANS (Pediatric Acute-onset Neuropsychiatric Syndrome) and PANDAS (Pediatric Autoimmune Neuropsychiatric Disorders Associated with Streptococcal Infections) — conditions that can cause a child’s world to change overnight.

Sudden anxiety, OCD, tics, eating restrictions, or behavioral changes aren’t “just a phase.” For many families, these are signs of a neuroimmune disorder triggered by infection or immune dysfunction.

💙 Early recognition and treatment can make all the difference.💙 Awareness brings understanding — and understanding brings healing.

Today, we stand with every child, parent, and clinician fighting for answers.Together, we can bring hope, healing, and a brighter tomorrow.
