Happy Older Americans' Month!

This Older Americans’ Month, we’re celebrating the power of taking charge of your well-being 💙

The 2026 theme, Championing Your Health, encourages older adults to stay proactive through wellness, disease prevention, and self-advocacy. When individuals take an active role in managing their health, it can lead to greater health satisfaction, stronger treatment outcomes, fewer unnecessary hospital visits, and a greater sense of independence and control.

Every small step toward better health matters.
