Caregiving can be challenging, but you do not have to do it alone.

Many family caregivers take on this role without preparation, facing responsibilities from healthcare and daily care to financial and legal decisions. Caregiver training can help you feel more confident, reduce stress, and connect with others who share your experience.

AOASCC is currently registering caregivers for Powerful Tools for Caregivers, a six-week evidence-based training designed to support family caregivers.

This is your chance to review and update your Medicare D plan. Coverage and costs can change each year, so it is important to check if your prescriptions are still covered and compare premiums, deductibles, and co-pays.

Need help? CHOICES counselors are trained, certified, and impartial. They do not sell insurance and can guide you in finding the best plan for your needs.
