The Living Room is available during difficult times to provide support that will help manage your emotional well-being. There are a variety of options available, including individual and group counseling online and via telephone. If y

ou are experiencing a crisis or challenge around social isolation, depression, anxiety, fear, stress, finances, substance use, domestic violence, relationships, or suicidal ideation, we can help. We are people who have experienced similar challenges; we are also peer counselors, chaplains, ministers, licensed mental health providers. For more information call a Peer Counselor at 916.234.0178
Monday - Friday from 1 pm - 6 pm. This program is funded by the Division of Behavioral Health Services through the voter approved Proposition 63, Mental Health Services Act (MHSA).”
