African American Suicide Prevention Project You are not alone. Reach out today. Call us and let us help you find hope and healing. YOU ARE NOT ALONE.

The Living Room is here to support you through tough times—whether you’re facing depression, anxiety, stress, substance use, domestic violence, or suicidal thoughts. The Living Room is available during difficult times to provide support that will help manage your emotional well-being. There are a variety of options available, including individual and group counseling online and via telephone. If you are experiencing a crisis or challenge around social isolation, depression, anxiety, fear, stress, finances, substance use, domestic violence, relationships, or suicidal ideation, we can help. We are people who have experienced similar challenges; we are also peer counselors, chaplains, ministers, licensed mental health providers. For more information call a Peer Counselor at 916.234.0178
Monday - Friday from 1 pm - 6 pm. This program is funded by the Division of Behavioral Health Services through the voter approved Proposition 63, Mental Health Services Act (MHSA).”
