Throwback to the time we printed almost 100k square feet of JILL MALEK Wallpaper's Highlands mural for Hyatt Regency Irvine's 2023 renovation, designed by DLR Group. Yes, we counted, and yes, that's over 1.5 linear miles of wallcovering! Check it out on our triple queue printers, then swipe to see it installed in the guest rooms.

The master-planned community of Bishop Ranch Community encompasses shopping, dining, event spaces, residences, and more. In the Flourish coworking space, designed by AP+I Design, modern amenities and a cafe-style layout flip conventional notions of workplaces on their heads. In adjoining meeting rooms, Astek's Compose 2 mural adds a painterly touch to the space, coordinating with sculptural light fixtures and a light, earthy palette.

Moxy Charlotte is steps away from Charlotte's nightlife, restaurants, and attractions; interiors by DLR Group offer all the funky personality that Moxy hotels are known for. In the lobby, feature walls are covered with our Hourglass wallcovering by Jeff Andrews Design, providing a slightly gritty, textural backdrop for eclectic furniture and art pieces.

Welcome to the Brightside's booth at WestEdge Design Fair offered a splashy escape from reality. Inspired by Katie Brightside's upcoming book on the non-alcoholic movement in California, and the associated term "zebra-striping" (switching between alcoholic and NA cocktails throughout an evening), Brightside created a zebra-forward bar vignette.

The space features a vintage rattan and bamboo bar, a midcentury armchair from Habitat for Humanity's ReStore, and custom wallcoverings printed by Astek. One mural designed by Brightside features zebras, butterflies, and exotic birds bounding through a jungle scene, and was printed on Type II vinyl. For the other wall, Brightside designed an oversized zebra pattern; she printed the outlines of the pattern on our classic wallpaper material, installed it, and painted in the colors on-site.

We're pleased to have supported Welcome to the Brightside in creating such an immersive, playful space. Cheers!

We’re excited to start showcasing the unique design moments inside our new Moline office, beginning with one of our most unexpected spaces. One of the wallcoverings featured in our bathrooms is "Iconographic" by Astek x Terry Crews (Yes... THAT Terry Crews!)

This design highlights a collection of handpicked pioneers and changemakers across entertainment, art, architecture, and sports, illustrated by both Terry and Astek’s design team. Among the idols featured are three architects we deeply admire: Frank Lloyd Wright, Zaha Hadid, and I. M. Pei. Terry even hand drew the Frank Lloyd Wright portrait himself. Every time we walk into this space, we notice something new.

As we renovated our historic building, we worked to balance preservation with play. Our bathrooms became the perfect place to incorporate unexpected elements and to showcase the kinds of design moments we love creating for clients.

We recently had the pleasure of hosting surface design students from Otis College of Art and Design. We shared our design process and print capabilities, and a behind-the-scenes look at our day-to-day operations as a design studio and production facility. We can't wait to see what this next generation of surface designers creates!

Appellation Healdsburg offers an immersive escape into California wine country, with luxurious restaurants, meeting spaces, and a spa on site, all deeply rooted in nature. This sense of place is enhanced by EDG Interior Architecture + Design's interiors, which embrace warm earth tones and plenty of natural light. A custom version of our Shale pattern makes a peekaboo appearance in the guest rooms, highlighting a small catchall shelf nook next to the door.

Ayah Restaurant brings authentic Moroccan cuisine to SoHo, with food and entertainment best enjoyed amid its enchanting, immersive interiors by DMDesign, LLC. In the main dining room, even the ceilings are full of glamour, thanks to a paintable embossed wallcovering from Astek's Lincrusta collection. The bathrooms are no different, sporting our ever-popular Drunk Monkeys in the rich Sangria colorway.

Evolve at the Pines offers stylish, luxury living at a convenient location in Greenville, North Carolina. Interiors by Southpark Interiors embrace an earthy palette and modern lines, but the building's gym takes a splashier approach. Bold pops of yellow on the walls and ceiling complement our dynamic Gesture 9 mural, creating a high-energy space to break a sweat in.
