GOOD MORNING š»
I stopped forcing my body to wake up at 12AM just to work out.
Because letās be realā¦
When life is already fullā
prom prep, graduation, vacations, track practices, track meetsā¦
the last thing your body needs is more pressure.
Lately, Iāve been falling asleep, waking up around 10PM, going back to sleepā¦
then naturally waking up around 5AM (sometimes earlier).
And when my body wakes me up?
I donāt overthink it.
I donāt fight it.
I just get up, throw on some clothes and shoes,
and Iām out the door for 30 minutes.
Simple. Intentional. Aligned.
And guess whatā¦
I started losing weight again.
Not because I forced it.
Not because I stressed myself out trying to ālose weight.ā
But because I shifted out of fight-or-flight mode
and into nervous system balance.
The real way.
And just like thatā¦
I broke through my 200-pound plateau.
Iām not going to sit here and tell you itās easyā
because itās not. Iām human, just like you.
But I will tell you this:
The tools work.
