ons of themselves, reclaim their true feminine power and manifest the life of their dreams! Reiki is a natural hands-on healing technique that promotes rest and relaxation. Reiki is made up of two Japanese words, "REI (ray) and "KI" (key) REI symbolizes Divine or Cosmic Universal wisdom. KI is the life force energy that is the very substance of all. In the Japanese language it is the term for all of the life energies. In Eastern India, this concept is known as PRANA. It surrounds and flows within everything that exists. REIKI can be defined as "Universal Life Force Energy". As a Reiki practitioner, Kathren can channel Life Force Energy through this hands-on technique. The energy is distributed to the root of the problem, restoring energetic balance. Reiki helps the body's natural healing process by unblocking energy flow. Reiki is extremely helpful in conjunction with Eastern and/or Western medicine. Reiki is not affiliated with any religion. Kathren is a Certified Reiki Practitioner and Hypnotherapist. She hold’s additional certifications in Therapeutic Imagery, Past Life Regression, EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) and Reiki healing for animals. She is also a member of the American Hypnosis Association and Hypnotherapists Union Local #472. Certification # 29535704

Join us as we honor all those who have passed💖

We will be setting up an altar to celebrate our deceased loved one's.
Please bring a photo or objects related to the person you are honoring. (Photo's of deceased pet's are welcome too)
Be sure to bring a yoga mat, pillow and blanket.
Feel free to use face paint and dress up Dia De Los Mu***os style : )
And please make sure that you are on time, we will be closing the circle at 7:15 sharp

We will be enjoying some yummy tamale's and mexican sweet bread.
Chrystal will be facilitating a fire ritual to move through grief and honor those who have passed.
Kathren will be sharing a guided meditation, sacred songs and sound healing.

We look forward to joining together in sacred sisterhood with you all!
