Thank you Governor Newsom for joining us at CRI-Help! We appreciated the opportunity to share about the frontlines of SUD treatment in California and the need to maintain progress we’ve made in recent years increasing access to SUD treatment for Californians across all socioeconomic demographics.

I am expanding access to behavioral health services through newly signed legislation that ensures individuals in crisis receive timely treatment, housing, and ongoing support in coordination with courts and local agencies.

We won't sit on the sidelines to address this crisis.

DHCS and CRI-Help announced the grand opening of the SUD Crisis Management Hub: A Fully Integrated Behavioral Health Campus project in Los Angeles County. The site includes an adult residential SUD treatment facility, an intensive outpatient treatment SUD facility, and a sobering center. These combined facilities are projected to serve more than 2,500 individuals annually.
