1. Stand Up Paddleboarding (SUP)
Glide across your local lake, pond, or coastal waters—keeping your balance on that board activates your abs, obliques, and stabilizer muscles with every stroke, all while giving you a full-body challenge in gentle, low-impact form. There are also SUP Yoga classes locally in Wickford. I love paddleboarding, it's fun, peaceful, and you get to so see some skinny water that is not accessible by boat. I love the exploration into waterways. You often see lots of wildlife because you can sneak up quietly.
