Our goal has never been to entertain you.

Rather, we strive to introduce, teach and hold our students accountable to the practices of yoga and mindfulness that have evidence-based therapeutic value.

These transformative practices include breath management, concentration, present-moment awareness, exposure to stillness and silence, and meditation.

How else can you learn that your power, peace and well-being comes from within, and NEVER from something external to you.
