~~What's Polarity Therapy ?~~

Polarity Therapy is an Energy Based form of bodywork developed by Dr. Randolph Stone, an Osteopath, Naturopath, and Chiropractor who traveled the world several times studying different philosophies of healing including Ayurveda and Chines Medicine. The goal of this work is to create harmony and balance within the body and beyond, allowing all of our systems to work together harmoniously and symbiotically, as they should. Using very precise points along meridians, gentle muscle release techniques, sound, and energetic clearing using quartz crystals....the body is rocked, pressed, soothed and sung into harmony. Polarity is a clothes on kind of session, so you would want to be sure to wear something cozy.

I offer 1 1/2 Hr sessions of a Polarity Therapy & Massage integration. It is a divine combination of the deep work of Polarity and super feel-good healing work of Massage. Awsome! Whats Ayurvedic Bodywork?? I promise I will fill in that blank in due time!!
