Upcoming Reiki Level 1 Certification Workshops:
Friday, May 16 3:30pm-7:30pm
Saturday, May 24 2:30pm-6:30pm
Saturday, May 31 3pm-7pm

Learn about healing energy of Reiki, it's history and how it works. Each student will receive a Reiki Level 1 manual and a Level 1 Usui Reiki Attunement and Practitioner certificate.
This class also teaches:
- the ethics of Reiki
- the hand positions
- about the aura and chakras
- Learn/practice self-healing
- Receive a full healing
- Give a full healing

Class is scheduleded for 4 hours but could be shorter depending on students previous knowledge and how many are in the class.

I am so incredibly grateful that I get to do what I do! 🤗
Helping people feel a sense of calm, easing their pain (both physically and emotionally) and giving them time and space to unwind and disconnect from their hectic life. It is a necessity for most, not a luxury.
I feel so blessed to have people trust in me and make me a part of their health practices 😇

I also love when people ask for me on their holiday wish list lol.

So many people are moving to more natural remedies instead of taking prescription drugs drugs 💊 As someone whose work (and personality in general) is about helping others both physically and mentally, this makes me happy 😃 🙌
There are so many drugs out there that cause many negative effects. Especially in this day and age of mental health being out of control for so many people, we need to look to alternatives.
Whether it be getting a massage or other body work, doing yoga, meditating or taking supplements, it has become necessary for us to do more for our bodies and minds 🤗
The supplement industry is booming right now, and for good reason.
