Thank you to our wonderful neighbors at Simak Trucking & Excavating, Inc. We’ve had so much snow and our equipment just couldn’t handle it so, Simak’s came with their front end loaders and helped us get the entire cemetery opened up! This storm has been a lot for so many of us, like Simak’s did, please check in on and help your neighbors if your able.

Beginning November 1, Greenlawn Memory Gardens Cemetery in North Kingsville will begin clearing the gardens of all summer and fall decorations. Silk Flowers will be removed and discarded from vases, which will be turned over for the winter. Winter wreaths and grave blankets may be placed on graves and will remain until spring clean up begins on March 1. Please call 224-1155 with any questions.

Greenlawn Memory Gardens was established in the early 1960s, with its first burial in fall 1962. Spanning approximately 50 acres, it features 11 gardens, including a new area for upright monuments and gardens depicting moments in Christ's life. Special sections include a Masonic garden, Garden of Honor for veterans, and Serenity Garden offering affordable burial options. We also offer numerous cremation options including niches in our Garden Mausoleum, Glass Front Niches in our chapel, black granite niches in the Veterans Garden of Honor, and BRAND NEW COLUMBARIUMS in our two front gardens, Gethsemane and Sermon on the Mount.

The columbariums have been received and set. These were placed in The Garden of Gethsemane and Sermon in the Mount. Ground space is nearly sold out in these areas. These will allow room for families to be together with room to grow. Call the office today to inquire 440-224-1155

Greenlawn has been busy with beautification projects the last handful of months, including the statuary. We have relocated statues from Gethsemane and Sermon on the Mount to the entrance and the center island, they were then cleaned and sealed. Here’s a before and after.

Construction has begun and in the spring Greenlawn Memory Gardens will have new columbariums installed in the Garden of Gethsemane and The Garden of Sermon on the Mount. We will NOT be doing the 'Egg Your Yard' fundraiser this year as Easter is on March 31st and we are concerned that if the fundraiser would be impacted by snow. Stay tuned for other fundraisers to benefit Wreaths Across America.
