Critical Care Visiting Nurses is a Las Vegas-based service providing homecare to adults and seniors. Whether you or a loved one are living with a chronic condition, recovering from an illness, or simply in need of daily healthcare assistance, we have the resources to accommodate your needs.

Our skilled professionals provide the level of care necessary to preserve patient dignity while helping to achieve the highest degree of recovery, comfort, and independence. Our staff works closely with assigned physicians and family members to implement the best plan of care for the best possible outcome.

We develop an individualized care plan with each patient to assess their needs, set goals for treatments and services, and provide a baseline for measuring the achievement of those goals. We are experienced in working with physicians, discharge planners, case managers, community agencies, social workers, patients, and their families. All appropriate services are arranged, managed, and monitored with regularly adjusted measures to match the patient’s progress.

Our services include physical therapy, occupational therapy, medical social services, nutritional guidance, would care, intravenous and nutritional therapy, transitional care, post-surgery care, and medication management, all provided by our skilled nurses and certified nursing assistants.
