Our philosophy is to use state of the art equipment and highly trained staff to provide THE premier patient experience in Las Vegas. Our diagnostic equipment communicates directly with our medical software eliminating lengthy pre-testing times so our doctor can spend more time with you. Patients enjoy our pleasant reception area which includes a charging station for smart phones and tablets, free Wi-Fi, Pandora, refreshments and a children's play room with 42" flat screen/DVD player to keep those little rascals busy while you have your exam! Dr. Pressley performs comprehensive eye examinations including: pediatric exams, double vision therapy, pre & post op care for ocular surgeries, medical eye care including red eye/dry eye treatments, ocular injuries, diabetic retinal evaluations and glaucoma testing. Dr. Pressley also performs specialty contact lens fittings including the latest multifocal designs.

Meet Our Staff

Dr. Pressley was born and raised in Las Vegas where she graduated with honors from UNLV in 1996. She received her Doctorate from the University Of Houston College Of Optometry in 2001. Dr. Pressley completed a residency, through Pacific University, in Ocular Disease, Refractive and Ocular Surgery. She is a member of the American Optometric Association (AOA), and is the AOA-Political Action Committee (PAC) Representative for Nevada. She is the Immediate Past President of the Nevada Optometric Association (NOA) and is currently the PAC- Rep for the NOA. In 2017 Dr. Pressley was selected as the Nevada Director for the Great Western Council of Optometry and is the Nevada Ambassador for the American Board of Optometry. Dr. Pressley is board certified in the treatment and management of ocular disease and practices full scope primary eye care including ocular disease, pediatrics, advanced contact lens fittings and geriatric care. Dr. Pressley offers pre and post op care for cataract and refractive procedures and has a special interest in corneal pathology and treatment. In 2013 Dr. Pressley received the Outstanding Service and Leadership award from the NOA. In 2012 she became the first Optometrist in Nevada to become a Diplomat of the American Board of Optometry. Outside of work she enjoys gardening, music and hiking.

Dr. Elizabeth Wright graduated from UNLV in 2013. In 2017, she received her Doctorate in Optometry from the Southern California College of Optometry at Marshall B. Ketchum University. Dr. Wright completed a Post-Doctoral Residency, through SCCO, in Pediatrics, Vision Therapy and Neuro-Optometry in 2018. At the 2018 SCCO Residency Forum, her presentation on Pediatric Exotropia and Amblyopia won first place. She attended the Dr. Robert Sanet PAVE course, which included over 100 hours of continuing education on visual efficiency, binocular vision, strabismus, traumatic brain injury and visual perceptual training. She plans on earning her fellowship of COVD (College of Optometrists in Visual Development) and further contributing to the exciting field of developmental optometry. Being a native of Las Vegas, she enjoys hiking Red Rock Canyon as well as nature photography.
