Welcoming the Behavioral Health Solutions Team, Dr. Pouya Varnamkhasti, and our newest addition to College Park, Jen Melliti, Nurse Practitioner, to the College Park Rehabilitation Team!
We’re proud to continue expanding our commitment to whole-person care by strengthening our behavioral health services. In addition to expert psychiatric support, we offer:

Sirak’s incredible progress didn’t happen by chance—it was made possible through dedication, determination, and the support of Reliant Rehabilitation’s Physical Therapy team at College Park Rehabilitation Center.
Through personalized care, targeted exercises, and constant encouragement, our therapists helped Sirak rebuild strength, improve mobility, and regain independence step by step. From needing hands-on assistance to walking 300 feet with minimal support, every milestone reflects the power of expert therapy and perseverance.
At College Park Rehabilitation Center, we’re proud to help patients like Sirak get back to doing what they love—because every step forward matters.

Our Activities Team at College Park Rehabilitation Center is always dedicated to creating a well-rounded program for our residents. One of the most uplifting activities is our Drum Circle! This engaging experience helps residents accelerate physical healing, boost the immune system, and promote overall feelings of well-being. It can also help release emotional stress and trauma in a positive, supportive environment.
Most importantly, it fills the room with joy, laughter, and connection. Seeing our residents smile, move, and enjoy the rhythm together is truly something special.
