I am a RYT500 certified yoga instructor living in the Las Vegas area recently moved from the Tidewater Virginia area where I taught Vinyasa yoga, Trapeze yoga and meditation at Garden of Zen Yoga, Tribal Yoga, and Zenya Yoga. My classes incorporate centering, warmup, breath-aligned movement and postures followed by grounding, stretching and relaxation. Coupled with an air of spirituality, the yogi will enjoy a practice that enriches the body, the mind and the spirit as well as the connection between them all. My students experience a holistic approach to health through a combination of yoga and meditation.
